How quotes get onto this site, what disqualifies them, and how to tell us we got something wrong.

Who publishes this site?

Gonza LLC of Leesburg, Virginia — the company that manufactures the Neck Flex®. This site is not independent, and we state that on every page.

We publish it anyway because the material is real and was scattered across a dozen platforms, some of which no longer sell the product. Collecting it is useful. Pretending to be a neutral third party would not be.

What qualifies as a quote here

Every quote on this site must be a verbatim excerpt of something a real person posted publicly. Before anything is published we record: the exact text, the author's display name as shown, the platform, the date, and a working link to the original. If we cannot open the source ourselves, the quote does not go up.

Quotes are reproduced character for character, including spelling errors, odd capitalisation and grammatical mistakes. We do not tidy people's writing. Where a long review is shortened we mark the cut with […] and link to the full text, because the words belong to the person who wrote them, not to us.

What we will not do

• We do not write reviews. Nothing on this site is authored by us except the editorial text, which is always outside the quote marks.
• We do not paraphrase into quotation marks. If it is in quotes, it is exact.
• We do not accuse reviewers of being competitors. A negative review is treated as a real customer's real opinion. We have no way to prove otherwise and no business implying it.
• We do not remove or bury criticism. Every negative review we have found is published, in full, alongside the positive ones.
• We do not publish review structured data. Search engines discount a manufacturer's own markup of reviews of its own products. The source links are the proof instead.

How we respond to negative reviews

Each critical review has a response underneath it. Those responses follow three rules. Where the criticism is correct, we say so plainly — the Original's listing photography really did mislead people about what was in the box, and that was our error. Where a design issue was later changed, we say what changed and when. And where other buyers addressed the same point, we cite them by name and count, so the response rests on other customers' words rather than on our marketing.

Counts like "20 reviewers describe it as comfortable" are absolute counts of reviews we have read and tagged, not projections. They are stated as floors because the archive is still growing.

Is this archive complete?

No, and we will say so until it is.

Amazon caps public review paging at ten results per filter, which means the full corpus is difficult to enumerate from outside. We have confirmed at least 82 written reviews across the three US listings and are still collecting. No critical review has ever been withheld — where we have reached one, it is published.

Corrections

If a quote here is inaccurate, misattributed, missing context, or if you are its author and want it removed, email support@theneckflex.com. Corrections are made promptly and logged publicly with the date and what changed.
